Steamed brocolli with sweet and savoury sauce.
400g broccoli florets
2 spring onions, finely sliced at a diagonal
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steam broccoli for 5m until softened but still green and crisp. Stop cooking by submerging in cold water; drain, and set aside.
Mix the remaining ingredients other than the sesame seeds in a large mixing bowl. Add the broccoli, toss, and garnish with sesame seeds.
