Chia seed pudding

Simple foundation breakfast or dessert base

ingredients

60g chia seeds

300g oat or almost milk

30g honey

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

instructions

Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container and mix until thoroughly combined.

Let rest in a fridge at least 6 hours or overnight, optionally stirring once in the middle.

Serve with your preferred additional ingredients, such as chopped nuts or dried fruit.
