Fresh peas with butter and za'atar

Delicious and incredibly easy side dish or afternoon snack.


200g fresh green peas

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp za'atar



Bring water in a small saucepan to a rolling boil. Add the peas and simmer for 3m. Strain peas from water, and add to serving bowl.

Melt butter into the hot peas, and toss with the za'atar and a pinch of salt.
